     Back Wing

·               From the parking area - approached up 2 steps and through a metal gate (40”/100cms wide) onto sloping patio, surrounded by 21” high wall with 8’ drop.

·               3 steps (with hand rail) into the porch and 1 step into the house, the slate steps are worn with age.    (door 32”/81cms wide)

·               Freezer with tumble dryer above, are situated behind the entrance door.

·               Steep narrow stairs (15 steps) with last 3 steps fanned.

·               Rear garden via patio and 4 steps up to concrete path, through wooden gate 35”/89cms wide into enclosed slightly sloping lawned area.

Front Wing

·               After parking - approached by walking 50 meters out through the entrance gate, up the hill on the road, through a metal gate 32”/80cms wide, up 5 flagstone steps and across a level paved path. The garden is enclosed mostly by shrubbery, with a 3’ high wall with 10’ drop along one boundary.

·               2 steps into porch and 1 step into house. Front door is 32”/ 80cms wide

·               Level and spacious ground floor accommodation with 28”/72cms wide doors to all areas.

·               Subdued lighting in the hall and dining room.

·               Pull cord, high level fan heater in bathroom.

·               Electric panel heaters in all other rooms.

·               The sitting room has an open coal fire, is spacious with ample natural light, remote TV controls and low level three piece suite.
