Back Wing
· From the parking area - approached up 2 steps and through a metal gate (40”/100cms wide) onto sloping patio, surrounded by 21” high wall with 8’ drop.
· 3 steps (with hand rail) into the porch and 1 step into the house, the slate steps are worn with age. (door 32”/81cms wide)
· Freezer with tumble dryer above, are situated behind the entrance door.
· Level ground floor - of original quarry tile, with rug in the sitting area. Manual TV, wood burning stove, sofa and two upright farmhouse chairs (entrance 28”/71cms wide)

· After parking - approached by walking 50 meters out through the entrance gate, up the hill on the road, through a metal gate 32”/80cms wide, up 5 flagstone steps and across a level paved path. The garden is enclosed mostly by shrubbery, with a 3’ high wall with 10’ drop along one boundary.
· 2 steps into porch and 1 step into house. Front door is 32”/ 80cms wide
· Level and spacious ground floor accommodation with 28”/72cms wide doors to all areas.
· Subdued lighting in the hall and dining room.
